ARE YOU ASKING YOURSELF THE RIGHT QUESTIONS?

I thought for YEARS that I was "lazy". Come to find out I was just asking myself the wrong questions. ;)

I would wake up and ask myself "Do I feel like working out today?" And the answer was always no! So I figured working out just wasn't my thing.

Now I ask myself DIFFERENT QUESTIONS.

And the result is..... I feel that motivation to work out. 

Because let's face it- I want to feel good, I want to be efficient today, I want to be productive, I want to feel confident, I want to HAVE A GOOD DAY!!

You deserve those things too. So GET MOVING!!
