LIFE CAN CHANGE QUICKLY WHEN YOU COMMIT

"So how long have you been a coach? Will this be your first Summit as well?"

The girl next to me asked as we shared an Uber ride from the airport to the hotel.

"Four years. I've been to Summit every year, my first time at Summit I had only been a coach for 8 weeks!"

Time has FLOWN by! And yet it feels like a lifetime ago.

I remember my first Summit. It was in Vegas that year so Jayson & I were able to drive from Idaho. But the whole weekend was a BIG STRETCH for us financially. I counted the miles, calculating exactly how much $ we would need to get there. I booked us a room in some ghetto sketchy motel for cheap, while everyone else stayed at the MGM Grand Hotel where the event took place. I was counting mah pennies like my life depended on it.

I watched so many people at Summit, from all walks of life, get up on stage & share their story. I listened intently, taking copious notes at every single workshop. Sitting solo as I split from my husband so he could attend opposite workshops, requiring him to video tape each one so I could watch them after the fact. Kiiiiinda intense. Lol. But I went to learn, and that I did.

That event changed everything for me. It definitely shortened my learning curve. But also ...... I started to believe that maybe, just maybe, I could actually build a business at home and make a DIFFERENCE in the lives of others.

Call me a goob, but just thinking back to that first summit has me emotional.

Everything has changed since then. Physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g has improved.

This will be my fifth summit. My third year speaking . This year I'll be recognized on stage for being a member of the Million Club, a 15 Star Diamond - the highest rank in the company, and one of the 3x ELITE coaches.

I was hopeful I could see some success, but I never thought all THIS would become part of my story. Me??? The girl who got kicked out of college twice for poor grades? The girl with a lifetime history of depression?

Well low and behold, life can change pretty quickly when you COMMIT to getting out of your own way. Do the scary thing, and just GO for it.

To the hundreds of coaches on my team joining me this year, and for the 25,000 coaches here in Nashville, here's my advice! --> Don't go through the motions. Fully immerse! Take advantage of this weekend and APPLY what you're learning- and it will be a turning point in your life TOO. Get READY for an EPIC week.
