I’m not an expert. I’m not going to pretend I hold all the secrets. But what I LOVE doing is CONNECTING people. I love inviting people who I see have a goal to live a healthier lifestyle and CONNECTING them with others who feel the same way. That’s when the magic happens.  ;)

Is it hard to be an online health & fitness coach?

Yep. 

Cuz there's an aspect of society that can't help but HOPE there's a shortcut. 

It's as if people KNOW deep down that they have to do the work, but STILL.... they hope 🙏🏼 there's an undiscovered shortcut. They still seek out that QUICK FIX to QUICK weight loss. 

And well, that's not what I promote. That's not what I believe in. 

🍎 I believe in a lifestyle based way of eating. 

🍫 I believe in fueling your body with REAL whole foods, yes - that shake a day that will provide the NECESSARY supplementation that isn't coming in even with the BEST perfection nutrition intake. 

& I believe in working out. 💪🏼 MOVING YOUR body everyday, in SOME way. 

And that message just doesn't appeal to everyone. 🤷🏼‍♀️
