FAMILY TIME IN ST. GEORGE, UTAH

For some reason St. George has always drawn us in for special family occasions. So we headed out for the long weekend!

Started out like all other road trips, Kids watching a movie & me? Headphones in, listening to personal development audiobooks. (awe!)

I finished listening to Jack Canfield's Success Principles and WOW, that was a beast. Super long book but I feel he covered EVERYTHING. Has anyone else read/listened to that book?

Lately I've read a few spirit/God focused books, and a lot of business/success focused books. But I think this is the FIRST book I have read that goes over both spiritual energy kind of stuff AND business stuff.

This book also surprised me because I feel every principle I have learned about in other books was talked about in this books. I LOVED it. It covers everything!

Hearing a repeat of so many books in one reminded me of how much I have read lately.

So far this year I have gone through 14 personal development books. Well, 12, but two of them I read twice.

If I put together a blog post sharing the list of books and a short review of each, would you guys be interested in something like that? I'm happy putting something together if there's interest.

But first give me recommendations! What are you guys reading? Ready to start a new book!

Anyways, We've been reminiscing on all the birthdays and anniversaries we have celebrated in St George. So it's fun being back here for Jayson's birthday!

It's been a great time, just being with my parents and Jayson's parents and his brother and his family.

Laid back, relaxing, perfect.

And tonight we snuck away for a date night! Sushi and a movie. Just what the birthday boy wanted, and I'm not complaining.

I no, I'm not writing out a big long post sharing everything I love about Jayson. Just soaking up the time with him instead.

But I'll just say it feels good to be crushing on the person I get to be with for eternity. I kind of like him.
