BE THE MAKER OF YOUR HAPPY LIFE

At church a couple of weeks ago we talked about personal revelation. How you can ask God "What can I specifically do to move forward?"

It was quite the coincidence because that very morning during my morning routine I had felt prompted to ask that same question. 

So I asked and well, my personal revelation was to eliminate certain foods. 

🚫No sugar 🚫No bread🚫No meat 🚫No dairy

Yikes. 🙈 I feel I eat well for the most part, and that list may be the norm for many, but not for me. 

So I stepped up my game and turns out, FOOD, played a huge part in how I feel, think & behave. Eating a strictly clean diet really does help me in all areas of life. Is it sustainable long term? I don't think so- BUT- I think knowing your limits and having a healthy balance is key.

I  also made it to the temple this past week- even thought I was kind of dragging my feet. But leaving, I can see this is EXACTLY where I needed to be.
